She apologized and continued to check us inn. Upon checking in I was asked if I was informed about the COVID restrictions in the hotel. As when I called them directly they did not bother to tell me that everything is closed and only the movie theater was open along with the food court and gift shop. I am very disappointed with the front desk of this hotel.
